How to apply your Surron graphics kit
Follow these steps for a professional finish
Clean the surface
Thoroughly clean all surfaces with isopropyl alcohol or soapy water. Remove all dirt, grease, and old adhesive residue. Allow to dry completely.
Position the graphic
Place the graphic on the surface without removing the backing. Check alignment and positioning before proceeding.
Apply with heat
Use a heat gun or hairdryer to warm the graphic. Peel back a small section of the backing and apply from one edge, using a squeegee to remove air bubbles.
Work out air bubbles
Continue applying heat and using the squeegee to smooth the graphic from the center outward. Pierce any stubborn bubbles with a pin and smooth flat.
Trim excess material
Use a sharp blade to carefully trim any excess material along edges and around mounting points. Take your time for clean, precise cuts.
Final heat application
Apply heat one final time over the entire graphic, pressing firmly with the squeegee. This ensures maximum adhesion. Allow 24 hours to cure before riding.
